I reported this and got response of This is not Central Bedfordshire please contact Luton Borough Council. So I duly did as asked and downloaded the LBC app and tried reporting it. Their system wouldn’t log it as CBC area. My son who is registered Blind doesn’t actually care which Council cuts the shrubbery just so long as it does get cut so he has a safer walk to his volunteering job…
