On the green where gas works are taking place woodside

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 426179.

Gas team have moved it to install there new machinety and it has a hole on the side and salt is soaking Can you please deliver a new bin next week to the site and remove old one
