I reported 1 1/2 weeks ago that there was broken glass on the steps... case ref: ESS007867. I've had an email to say the case is completed, but as you can see from the photos attached, the same smashed glass is still on the steps...large bits and small shards, quite hazardous.. an accident waiting to happen. Please could this be properly cleared up.
