PROW on the western boundary of the new substation build
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8015259.
Today (August 10) I was unable to walk along the public footpath that runs next to the substation site. It is overgrown and impassable after a few metres.
Please see attached screenshot. I wanted to walk from the top (north end) of the blue line to the bottom (south end). There was no sign to say the path is temporarily closed.
