"The sightline to the east is obscured. Traffic coming from the east is right of way vehicle. They have a good view of the roundabout so can hit the roundabout at speed. Traffic waiting to enter the roundabout from the top of the B488 have a limited view (caused by vegetation) so can be surprised by traffic on the A4146 going west. Several near misses here."
