Top of Panama gardens outside number 57

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 426820.

The map wouldn’t allow me to add precise location, I suspect due to being a new build, the lamppost outside of 57 Panama gardens is not working, it is no longer lighting up at night.
