Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8092238.
There is a public right of way from the road through the property. The gate is closed. The sign on the gate suggests Residents Only. The notice board showing the right of way is obscured from the road by vegetation. There seems to be a desire to hide the public right of way

Further to our investigations today, Eversholt FP/5 has a walked route anomaly, which currently takes the route of the blue line (there is an accessible gate and a public footpath sign here). The legal line of the path is the red line. The blue line is not obstructed or obscured and can be used until the legal line has been reinstated. A property can have a sign to say it is private land or similar (most rights of way are over private land) it doesn't stop you being able to use the public right over that land.
