Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 426983.

The bin is overflowing again and bags and rubbish beside it. Your operatives have been through this morning and completely ignored it. It's been like this since the weekend. Wasn't emptied Monday!!! When is something going to be done about this ?
