The two Soakaways are again blocked and incapable of taking away the road water cascading down Poplar Close the water has now entered my property number 5 and as this is about the 20th Time I have reported this I hold the Council responsible for all damage to my property as they have been totally negligent in carrying suitable maintenance to the soakaways they were advised by council employees that the soakaways were too small and needed to be enlarged to cope with the quantity of water that is not stopped from running down hill into my property. Please contact me asap

As part of our gully cleaning programme we inspect and clear all 45,000 gullies over a three-year period, with vulnerable gullies cleaned annually.
