The drains have been totally blocked for months/ years and the water is flooding the front gardens here, luckily they have a step preventing waster ingress to the homes.

As part of our gully cleaning programme we inspect and clear all 45,000 gullies over a three-year period, with vulnerable gullies cleaned annually.
