Water runs down from the woods opposite everytime it rains heavily and our garden is filled with water, debris and vegetation. The water flows from the street across our gravel front garden and into the back garden. This has worsened this year

Thease were inpsected and jetted March and July this year, this is likley a capacity issue during heavy rainfall
Update on your report:
After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.
