Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 427102.

The drains are blocked and flooding our basement. Not only that the one on Albion street outside our side window is also blocked

As part of our gully cleaning programme we inspect and clear all 45,000 gullies over a three-year period, with vulnerable gullies cleaned annually.
