Foot path running from Harrier Mill to High Street

Thai foot path and cycle path is very overgrown with shrubs. It is impossible to walk along the footpath without have to duck under low branches and without getting wet following rain.

This is a cycle path as well and it is completely impassible on a bike as the shrubs on either side are narrowing the path to and unacceptable level.
