Traffic light button

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 427148.

The traffic light button on the left hand side towards Lidl is not working. The kids that are going to Biggleswade Academy have to wait until someone on the other side is pushing the button so they can cross the road. Please find a way to fix it as soon as possible, is the second time I write this report.

Updates

  • Thank you for reporting this issue to Central Bedfordshire Council. An engineer has attended site and identified a cable fault affecting the button on pole 4 which has now been rectified. All pushbuttons tested and now operational.
