The surface water drainage gullies are block from outside the property of 108 London Road to the Junction of Elm Road and also including the Elm Road Junction Water is flowing into the driveway of the property at 108 London Road

    We plan to inspect the site during the next instance of significant rainfall, to allow a full assessment of the issue before any decision is made.

    Even when a gully is clean and well maintained it will only cope with a certain volume of water at one time, a sudden and heavy downpour can still cause flooding especially if the road is in a low-lying area, this generally clears away over a matter of hours.
