Along pathway in Pages Park from richmond road towards Billington Road

Have reported before and been told they are fixed but this is not the case! It is NOT lamp 16B but two unmarked lamps along the pathway in Pages Park walking from Richmond Road towards Billington Road. These are still not working as pictures clearly show. Please update the situation as the dark nights are now coming and this WILL be a trip hazard due to no lighting on the uneven pathway. To reiterate they are the second and third street lights along Pages park walking from the Richmond Road end.
