Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 427484.

This is an urgent situation. The pavement is collapsing, a stone has again fallen leaving a hole. It needs complete removal to sort the void under the pathway. Not just replacing the stone which has again fallen below. This is urgent as someone may get hurt.

    After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.

    With over 1,400km of road to maintain across Central Bedfordshire, we have to prioritise the work we do as detailed in our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP), which can be viewed on the following page of our website https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ info/ 55/ transport_roads_and_parking/ 592/ roads_strategies
