This (crab) apple tree is now growing over the footpath and entrance into Gravenhurst Pre-school and requried pruning back or removal. The fruit is all over the floor and is a slip hazard for both children and carers entering and exiting the preschool together with other walkers using the footpath.

    This tree, and the adjacent robinia tree, have been inspected recently. I can confirm that this location is included on our long term programme of works, and this issue will be addressed as part of those works. Timescales for these schemes will be be published in due course - work due to be undertaken over
    the coming months.
