Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 427668.
The main drain within the car park is blocked and every time it rains the car park floods in heavy rain this can become nearly ankle deep and causes problems accessing both cars and bins provided. The problem has been like this for over a year but is getting worse and I hope that you're able to help.

Update on your report:
We plan to inspect the site during the next instance of significant rainfall, to allow a full assessment of the issue before any decision is made.
Even when a gully is clean and well maintained it will only cope with a certain volume of water at one time, a sudden and heavy downpour can still cause flooding especially if the road is in a low-lying area, this generally clears away over a matter of hours.
Many thanks,
