Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 427840.
This gulley along with 5 or so others from the chartmoor road roundabout on Grovebury road is still blocked.
The road has no other drains and when it rains it causes a river of water from harmill industrial to the arm of grovebury road, which intern has caused a larger amount of road debris to be deposited on the pavement and causes any one on the pavement to get absolutely soaked in the process
