Longborns junction with Mill Road
Reported via desktop in the Signs category anonymously at 11:19, Mon 22 September 2025
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 427929.
'No through road' signs obliterated at entrance to Longborns. Vehicles mistakenly enter the cul de sac for the Pincords Lane estate, realise their mistake and U turn to exit sometimes at speed. HGV's particularly articulated type find it difficult to U turn in the confined area. Signs need replacing or better signage.

Apologies, I do not have the facility to take and send photos. The 2 street signs are about 2 foot high with LONGBORNS name and a T sign which used to be in red but in time (25 Years) the red T has been obliterated. Perhaps new taller signs may solve the problem. Mr A conlan
