Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: Jadu-EFF019582.

Hedge branches, some quite thick, dead fir branches, grass and leaf litter. None of this is from the allotment or from the allotment holders. Also shop and betting shop receipts with potential Identity information.
