A resident of Weavers Orchard is continually parking their commercial vehicle on a grass verge opposite the dropped kerb driveway of 5 Chapel Drive. Not only is this contravening the TRO set in place by Central Bedfordshire Council, but it’s also creating an inconvenience to the users of the road and residents attempting to manoeuvre their vehicles on and off their driveways.

After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.
