Underpass under the A507 between arlesey and Stotfold on the Arlesey side

On the Etonbury underpass where some obviously crashed and the bollards lifted. A temporary barrier is there but the posts in their concrete have been left lying around. Someone has rolled it down the slope to the path (first photo a couple of days ago) now it is plainly being messed around with and rolled around. There are other posts left lying on the bank that could be moved too.
