Rear of 49 and 50 Elm Park Close
Reported via iOS in the Hazardous or dead tree category anonymously at 13:45, Thursday 2 October 2025
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 428346.
Both trees have soil erosion at the bases of trees due to their location on the side of a grassy mound. The roots get more and more exposed as soil gets washed away with heavy rain. Roots are lifting the pathway and growing under fences and into private property. I feel these trees are hazardous, especially in storms as they are so big and overgrown and could cause major issues if blown over. Out of the 6 overgrown trees only 2 and a bit trees have been cut back. The remaining 3 and a bit still need doing.
