Subway between lower Shelton road and Marston Moretaine

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 428362.

This subway is used regularly for children and parents to travel to and from the local school . The underpass has not been cleaned in months. There is large amounts of horse poo in the subway tunnel , broken glass and empty beer cans which have to be avoided daily . Only half the lights in the tunnel are operational and with the winter months coming it will become even darker in there .
