Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 428375.

I do not accept that this is nothing to do with public highways, this is a PUBLIC footpath that the public have no access to, absolutely disgraceful that the reports have been disregarded and passed to planning enforcement who I'm sure will also do nothing as this has been weeks.
