There are unofficial cones on the pavement that are blocking the pathway. This may have been put up by one of the residences that lives in a house nearby to ensure they have a car parking space but should not be allowed as it is blocking a pathway. For instance, a wheelchair user would not be able to use this path as the cones are in the way.
