Obstruction of byway and farming land grab

This byway BOAT 7 Potton has been restricted from 18+meters to 7. The farmer has misused a government grant and planted a hedgerow right down the middle off the byway reducing the width by over half and restricting the use to all users it’s always been a nice canter at the end of a ride and lots of room to pass large farm vehicles easily, I have reported this before but hoping to get some action this time, I also understand the British Horse Society have brought it to the attention off your department but even they didn’t get any action and since then the farmer has set a fence reducing the usability even more.
