Foot path to rear of Greenleas School leading to the park area

Reported via desktop in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 17:48, Wed 5 November 2025

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 429716.

The bushes have now grown right over the pathway, since June. This is now making it impossible for mobility scooters to get by, on the pathwat, without having to go onto the wet mud. If you were in a mobilty scooter you would not like this, the less able members, of society should not be treated in this way. If it were you, you would not be expected to do this. There is also a partially sited lady with a stick who has to navigate this overgrown mess, which the Council have not kept maintained. Please attend site location and cut these bushes back before one of our elderly / disabled residents has a nasty accidient. And please do not say it is still "bird nesting season" again. Thankyou.

  • Could we please have an update on this. If there is no update this time, I think it will be time to involve the Local MP Alex Mayer. Thanks.
