This drain has been blocked for over a year and requires unblocking. This has been reported before and not dealt with . Water or drain matter overflows unto road each time it has heavy rains

Update on your report:
We plan to inspect the site during the next instance of significant rainfall, to allow a full assessment of the issue before any decision is made.
Even when a gully is clean and well maintained it will only cope with a certain volume of water at one time, a sudden and heavy downpour can still cause flooding especially if the road is in a low-lying area, this generally clears away over a matter of hours.

After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.
