Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 430021.

Foul water and sewage all over the road It seems that the pump which belongs to Central Bedfordshire has failed again This happened last year and there was nothing done for about a month because Central Beds said it was An Anglia water issue and vice versa It is a central Beds issue Please sort it the road stinks
