Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 430128.

Drain is completely blocked. No water is running down it and you’ve got standing water about 6-7 inches.

As part of our gully cleaning programme we inspect and clear all 45,000 gullies over a three-year period, with vulnerable gullies cleaned annually.
