It’s raining and the drain is blocked as usual. Highway flooded, water an stones being thrown off by passing traffic causing a threat of damage to property. My last report of this was closed with no action needed. It obviously is. Can something be done about this please?

As part of our gully cleaning programme we inspect and clear all 45,000 gullies over a three-year period, with vulnerable gullies cleaned annually.
