Street light outside no. 12&14

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 430330.

The photocell is faulty (dusk/dawn) sensor as the streetlight is on all day. The light requires a new photocell on top of the streetlight head (I'm an electrician).
