A421 Underpass

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 430331.

Entire lighting section under the underpass is not working. These have been failing over the last 2 years on the Marston Moretaine side. I would guess that there isn't enough airflow for the light fittings as the boxing is smaller, hence why they've failed quickly. When these lights worked they were on 24 hours a day without any timer or photocell (dawn/dusk) sensor control, leading to a faster burnout of the fittings and a waste of unneccessary energy.
