City Fibre dug up the road to lay Fibre, in the process, they have completely damaged/knocked down the yellow fire hydrant sign, which has been disposed of. All that is left is about 5cm's worth of the sign, on the ground. If there is an emergency where the Fire Service attend and require water, to fight a fire they will have great difficulty locating the hydrant, please attend and replace the sign.

This has been under investigation for 3 weeks now, with no comments. Please provide and update. I would hate for the Fire Service, if they turned up and required to use the hydrant and could not find it. The location of these hydrants are embossed on these yellow signs and are vital to the Emergency Services, should such an incidient occour.
