I am writing to report a recurring issue on the bus-only route in our area. Despite the clear signage, I regularly see taxis and other private vehicles using this road.

Could you please clarify why this is happening and whether any enforcement action has been taken against these drivers? More importantly, I would like to know what measures you plan to implement to prevent further misuse of this bus-only route.

This situation affects both traffic flow and safety, so I would appreciate your prompt response.
