Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 430987.

The drain in the path is blocked. Having not long been cleaned out, managed to open and use jet wash to get leaves out but the blockage is where the pipe bends. Several times iv asked for a mesh to be fitted to the underside of the cover, this would prevent large debris entering and blocking. Surface water on the path. This needs to be high priority.
