Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 431034.

The internal wiring in the pole of the ANPR camera outside my house is knocking against the pole when the wind blows. This is affecting my sleep. I've put up with the noise since the camera was erected but enough is enough. It only has to be a moderate breeze to start the noise off.
