Footpath from police station to Iknield street
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 431229.
The leaves on this pathway, and wet and slippery , and although it was swept a few weeks ago, the re finder of the leaves have now fallen, and the wind has blown the leaves from where cars are parked,back onto the path,as these were never cleared the first time. Also the bins are overflowing so rubbish has blown over path. And although you have put notices on too of bins to not leave on street all the time, the people using them from shop and flat across from where bins are leave them there all the time.and just keep filling them .
