I originally rasied this issue nearly a year ago - January 2025 without anything being done… I was told by one of your managers that the order is in and I should expect it fixed within 28 days, which is now actually nearer 365 days… please address immediately as urgent… my house and neighbours will experience flooding that could have easily been avoided if you carried out on your commitments and fix the crushed pipe

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 431266.

Works were carried out to widen the pavement along Heath Road. When they did this the pond drainage system was not considered and the subsequent addition weight has crushed the drainage pipe and now the pond is not clearing properly. Water has come up through the floor of my house as a result of this poor workmanship. Please have this fixed and a new pipe installed as a priority. This has been raised numerous times and ignored. I hold Bedfordshire council liable for any damages caused as a result of the problem the council created when wide wing the pavements - please get back to me as soon as possible - 07494685581 / peanut10@hotmail.co.uk
