Tree is to the side (west) of my property - No.84 Carina Drive

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 431290.

Should this tree come down in high winds (which happened last Winter to a tree close by, it would cause severe damage to my property - if no action is taken by CBC, I shall hold them as negligent should the described circumstances arise.
