Good afternoon,

I know it is not priority work, I reported the issue 12 months ago and nothing has happened…

I had a call today where I was told it looked like the broken pipe outside my property was fixed after I originally complained..

Can you please confirm if the pipe was fixed when I raised the original complaint?

Please let me know next steps - will the pipe be fixed asap / is already fixed / won’t be because you’re busy

  • This pipe has been repaired and cannot be the reason why your having flooding.
