Public right of way on the western boundary of the substation newbuild

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8543826.

The footpath is impassible. Vegetation has grown right across it to the substation fencing. Could someone please cut back the vegetation and make it a path again? Thank you.
