Street lamp 79 outside Bluebell nursery

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 431894.

Since City Fibre installed here this street light is not working. There is no footpath on this road it’s pitch black and is on a blind bend so no traffic can see pedestrians until they are right on top of them. So many of our street light not working since City Fibre have installed their cables on the estate. This is a safety issue on this bit of road as pedestrians have no choice but to walk on the road.
