Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 432477.

This has been reported before and closed down ref no 386800 nothing done. Drain is blocked completely, even minor rain runs across pavement flooding garden of no. 32 and runs down drive between 32 and 30.
