Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 433022.

It is fully blocked with leaves and rubbish. Water is not flowing down the gully/drain. There is also a smell in the area.

As part of our gully cleaning programme we inspect and clear all 45,000 gullies over a three-year period, with vulnerable gullies cleaned annually.
