Ref 426931- reported last September. You advised this is private land, pls advise if contact was made with owners as trees and hedging still a problem.There has been no update to resolve.

Alternatively I assume residents will be expected /need to apply for planning ( as conservation area) and residents will need to pay for the trimming back of the overhang and maintenance, which should in fact be managed and paid for by its owners. Please advise. Thank you .
