Mk430sp great farm close

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 433312.

Both street lights have stopped working in great farm close and its pitch black at night making it ideal for people to break into residence cars. The one outside no 1 great farm close went off last week and the one outside no 8 went off last night .
